About MT Greenhorn:
Montana Greenhorn is an online semi-live hunting show and blog that brings you through the ups and downs of one western hunting “greenhorn.” That greenhorn is me, Collin Cottrell, and I will share my real life experiences as I write and produce daily and weekly video clips and blog updates showing the transition of becoming a western hunter in Montana after growing up in Minnesota.

I started my career in the Outdoor Industry working for a hardcore nutrition company called Wilderness Athlete (WA). There I gained a ton of experience and met a bunch of great people and friends that have help me get where I am today. While working there I was part of something special, I was able to talk to people who have the same love as me everyday and help them get there hands on the WA products. I worked there about 6 months before I decided that I want to start Cottrell Design and go on my own. While working with them I heard many testimony’s about how awesome the products worked and I experienced it myself by using the products. Well, WA is no longer a company due to the tough economy that we are currently experiencing and was simply absorbed by another company that the original WA formulators are actually working with. The new company is called Ascential Bioscience (AB). They are making the same great products that the hardcore hunters and athletes were getting in Wilderness Athlete.

The videos are all free and have great tips and tactics to go along with the awesome hunting footage. This months webisode is a 4 part turkey hunt from earlier this spring where I made my professional videography debut (Parts 1 and 2) and even made it on the show! These guys are great to work with as my clients and great people to just hunt with and learn from as friends! The OO team is rockin’!
